COMMENTS: 30 - elliptical and the rest was usual.

My calfs were a bit sore today after the steps at work yesterday. The weather was great but I took a day off from running. Suppose to r-1:30, w-3:30, 8x. And I'll go to the gym tomorrow. I don't want to stress my left foot any and hope to get through two tough workouts this weekend. I read something that made a lot of sense. You don't get stronger while running. Otherwise you would be stronger at the end of the marathon. You get stronger when resting. So I rested today. The gym workout is low impact so it dosen't affect aches and pains and keeps you fit.
