COMMENTS: Cooold. Beautiful day. At 2 in the afternoon, a bright sunny day and its 38 degrees! Wore a long sleeve t-shirt and t-shirt and started into the wind which was cold. By the end I was sweeting pretty good. I need to try a wicking shirt next time. Started out a little faster than I wanted. I was shooting for 9:30-10. My legs felt good after the first mile but I know that can change in a few steps so I tried to slow a little. After the 2nd mile I still felt good. Nothing was bothering me at all so I decided to keep the pace. The 3rd mile was still too fast but I wasn't having any difficulty at all. Finished without any problems and felt great. Feels almost like my old self. I probably should take tomorrow off but I'm so excited I'll probably do a 10 min pace or ride the bike.
