Feels good to do a little running again. I have to fight running on and on. I'm really trying to take it easy and it seems to be paying off. On my nodified schedule the running will increase slowly at first. After about another 3 weeks I'm sure my knee will be completly healed and I can pick up the pace... slowly this time.
