Pretty stiff today. Losened up after a couple of miles. Wanted to keep the pace less than 10 mins. First 2 miles were a little tougher than usual. Probably still sore from yesterdays hard workout but seemed to speed up as the run went on. The cool weather was great. I need to watch the humidity. Its easier to get dehydrated in dry weather than hot because you don't sweat as much.
