COMMENTS: A bit cold this morning. A few people from the Coasters sent out an email yesterday and we met at the library on Union Rd. Left there and did the "B" route at an easy pace. Wore my HR monitor and noticed it on 240 bpm once. I think I need to tighten the strap a little. I was suprised at the number of calories burned. It wasn't that difficult a ride.
