Suppose to do 10x today but I don't have time to do 10 and I should take it easy after the no rest, rest day last week. My left achilles tendon is still a little sore. It's fine during the day and gets better as I run but is sore again when I finished today. I'll keep streaching it and put a hot rag on it. I felt great during the run. My right shoe insert didn't bother me this time. I'm trying to do the time on the schedule at a much slower pace which worked out good today.
