COMMENTS: Ran a mile in 8:26. A little too fast for todays temp. Tired me out and I didn't feel good on the ellip. Some watered down gatoraid and 40 mins on the ellip with a quick stop at 20 min for water and let the blood back into my toes. My toes go to sleep on the ellip I think because I keep weight on the balls of my feet.
