COMMENTS: 1st time on this loop. This is a good route. A few hills with a long hill. Ran a steady pace. Felt like I was going faster but I wasn't tired and felt relaxed the whole run. Effort about 6.,Supprised me after a couple of hills I was still breathing 3/2 so my pace was not fast. HR was low most of the run. No stitches. Had a flask of G-ade at about 2 miles. Traffic was ok. Need mile marks.
