Took the single speed to Poston Park for a quick ride. I wanted to do 3 loops but remembered I had to pick up the kids and made it 1 1/2. I'm still getting used to the new loop and the split tree I have yet to conquer. It was sooo hot 2 loops would have been plenty.

I let the HR run for 1:25. Probably why the cal is so high.
