This is one of the best averages I've had for this distance riding by myself. My left knee bothered me a little during the ride then my right knee started complaining for about the last half hour. Left home, went down Robinson, Bud Wilson, Patrick, Wilson Farm, to Belmont and did two loops on the Coaster's Belmont route, back down Union.
