Notes
Blistering wind today. The wind made it feel a lot colder so I wore a tech shirt under a t-shirt and some shorts which worked. Trying a different route to spark some motivation. Too much traffic. Spent too much time running down the side of the road. The HR monitor went crazy. It was at 155 within a mile and I wasn't breathing hard at all. A max of 189 is insane considering 182 is my highest HR ever. So the HR numbers I don't believe but I put them on here to track the monitor itself. I reset the watch before I made note of the time so it felt like a 9:50 pace. It was a good easy run though.
