COMMENTS: The kids wanted to play at school so I decided to run on the track. My knee still bothers me for the first mile or so and then loosens up. I was using the virtual trainer on the GPS so I had it set for a 10 min pace. The wind was brutal and cold.

I think the Max HR is a little high. It was in the 140's most of the run and touched 150 at the end. The calculated cal was 603 which is very close to the GPS.
