COMMENTS: Good pace considering the heat index was 96. I was trying to take it easy and still had a sub 9 min pace. Effort about 8. Monitered zone 4 and went to 140 bpm about half way down Easthampton Drive. Stayed in zone 4 until coming up the hill on Kennedy and stayed in 5 until I finished.
