Warm up before the intervals. Knee had slight ache, so did not run on Saturday, was skeptical about this run, thinking I would call these 3 weeks as taper; and fatten up for Marathon. Just, as I do in most of my run, asked to do 2 mile tempo and see how things go. I think new shoes helped too. There was one mile of strides in this.
