Notes

This was my first half marathon of 2014. The training leading up to this race was nearly impossible with all the ice and snow! Combine that with the fact that the only weight training I did was 12 ounce curls, many times while eating chicken wings or a big burger, and you'll see that my time was about 15 minutes slower than I am capable of.
