Notes

We ran the hills and the loop around Ault Park. The hills are killer but great for training runs! We go from an elevation of 620 up to 780 then down to 640 and back up to 796, then back down to 640 and up to 780, and finally downhill back to the start which allowed me to sprint the final mile or two!
