Notes

This was my first run after seeing the Evolution Running video. I ran landing on the balls of my feet, taking shorter, faster strides, bouncing less, swinging my arms less, and engaging my glutes. My knee didn't hurt at all, but my calves, ankles and toes are a bit sore. I think that will get better in time.
