Notes

It was about 35 outside, but I still didn't feel like being out there, so I ran at the club. Took things fairly easy, keeping up the spirit of my down week. Still plan on 20 mi for the week, though it's all going to be on treadmill because the temps will be in the single digits this weekend. Legs feel a bit tired.
