Notes

Ran at the club with a 0 incline on the treadmill. Only about 18 outside, so it was an easy choice to run inside. My right foot was slightly sore, so I stopped early rather than taking a chance of injury. I'm paranoid about hurting myself now that I'm over 25 miles per week. It's supposed to be warm this weekend, so I will probably run outside and start my hill repeats on Sun.
