Notes

I didn't really feel like running, mostly because I ate a large lunch at a Chinese restraunt about an hour before I got to the club. I lifted weights and did the situp thing for about a half hour prior then ran my 5 miles. I was actually scheduled to do 4.5, but I figured if I didn't feel like running too much on Thursday I can slack off and still get my mileage in for the week. Overall I still feel pretty good and don't seem to have any aches or pains - yet.
