Notes
Did my longest run of the fall this evening, and it went well. Was a pretty route, with some rolling hills, and I quite enjoyed being out. I kept the pace controlled and fairly comfortable, and I did well with it, though the legs were definitely getting a bit tired toward the end (unsurprising, considering the strong week I had). I was pleased, though, that I was running consistent 6:20-6:30 pace with my HR still in the low 160's, which speaks to my continually improving fitness. Need to start adding in some more workouts now...
Annoyingly, I took a quick stop for my stomach about 8 miles in, and accidently saved the run on my watch, so the total run was broken into two pieces.
