I went for an easy/ average run this afternoon, and it felt good. Really pretty route, enjoying the end of fall. I didn't keep it super slow, but my HR stayed in the low-to-mid 150s throughout. As a strong sign of my improving fitness, though, this was while holding a very comfortable and steady 6:40-ish pace, which was cool to see.
