I did a long day with Chris today and though it was rather eventful it went well. I ran about 8 with him at Rockefeller and we managed to be caught under a giant thundercloud, had to sprint across an open field beneath it, ran through fenced off private property with signs threatening arrest and prosecution, we found a coyote that luckily left us alone after running in front of us, and more. But everything felt great, and afterwards I biked 3 miles in the basement and did a short ab session to bring the day to about 9.
