Ran an easy day with Emma today and really enjoyed it. She took me on a really pretty loop near her house (Shingle house, pines ridge, inninghouse) and it was great. The loop was just over 5, and I added on to make it 6.5 for the day. Everything felt good, and the easy day was a nice break after several faster ones this week.
