Had a solid long run today, heading out toward Onex and back via a bit of Carouge. It was a hillier route than normal, but I felt great and kept the pace strong. I started out at a relaxed pace, probably around 6:40, and then progressed well into the run and finished at a little under 6:00 while feeling remarkably smooth. The last mile especially was one of those where it just feels so smooth to open it up a bit and cruise. A good cap to another strong week. Now a day off, and home on Tuesday!
