Notes
Took Monday as an off day, and then yesterday was my travel day back to Chappaqua and I wasn't feeling quite 100% (sore throat, congested), so I took an unplanned day off. Not ideal, but I made sure to get back into things today. Did a good loop into town, up the hill past the library, taking 117 around to PlayCare, and then looping back through town and home. It was certainly much hillier than I'm used to in Geneva, but the pace was obviously still quite good and I felt strong.
Afterwards, did drills and strides.
