Notes
Morning run today went from the Priscantelli's to Castle, toward HG via the Bridge Mile, then put to 117 which I took all the way to near the library, and then I headed through town and back to the Priscantelli's. Kept the pace relaxed and had slow start since I went up King St, doing the first mile in 7:15, second in 6:45, and them apparently averaging about 6:30 for the last two (which were much more flat/downhill). Felt pretty good, but I'm definitely a little tired after this tough week. Two more hard runs to go..
