Notes
I originally intended this to be an easy start to an easy week, but that ended up not really happening. I took it about average pace to Hardscrabble, and when I got there I just let go down the hill and held that (well under 7:00s) all the way to town. I slowed down there and held the slower pace through the hill, but coming back down again I picked it up and kept a solid pace the rest of the way home (except 0.25 miles easy at the very end). I felt great and didn't mind any of the faster stuff, especially the earlier speed on Hardscrabble. I was also wearing my new shoes, and they felt good again which I was very pleased with. It wasn't too hot either which helped a lot.
