Notes
I ran with Emma today from her house, and we did the loop that goes up Shinglehouse Rd and comes back down on Inninghouse. We did at a pretty decent pace (Emma's getting a lot faster!) and it felt pretty good. I liked the easier pace, but the mugginess was gross and made it much harder than it would've been. All in all it was a good day, and I'm enjoying this easier week.
