Chris and I did our long day for the week today together, and it went really really well. We did a long loop around the visitor's center (from 448), looped near the OCA and the 13 bridges loop, and then eventually headed back to do an abbreviated up-down back to the car. It felt really great, and we were going at a fairly good pace as well. Though we started out pretty easy, we really picked it up as we went till we were going well under 7:00s toward the end. I was really happy with this run, and everything felt great.
