Chris, Daphne, and I took this as an easy/average day after taking a day off following our workout for the week. I felt fairly good today, and I enjoyed the easier pace. The run (Rockwood Hall from the visitor's center) was horribly hilly especially on the way back, but we didn't go too fast so that was alright.
