We were at the Ryderband's house for the weekend and so I ran from there, doing just over 3 miles (21 minutes) out and hen back again. I also did form drills beforehand to help loosen up and warm up. The hip felt good for all of it which I was happy about, and I really enjoyed the gently rolling yet not at all difficult hills along the lake. I followed the run with abs for the first time in a few days which also went well.
