Carouge Loop

Notes

I decided to go for it and try my first steady state workout today. I did the Carouge loop again, this time starting the steady state at Bout du Monde (2.1 miles in), going for 2.51 miles, and then cooling down the remainder of the loop. I was surprised by how strong and smooth I felt, despite having done nothing like this for such a long time. Nevertheless, for the steady state piece I did 15:16, which comes to a 6:05 average pace (including having finished by going up a hill!). I was also lucky in that though I had to stop a few times for crossings during the run, most were not during the quality piece. All in all a solid first workout!
