We did a pretty tough workout this afternoon of 2 miles at a little slower than 10K (5:25, 5:35. felt faster than 10K), rest 4 min (active recovery), 2x1 mile at a little slower than 5K (5:10, 5:15) rest 3 min (active), and 2x800m at about 3K (2:31, 2:28) rest 3 min between (active). Since I haven't done many workouts yet this was tough and I was working hard for it, but I got through it fine and generally kept up with my group (Wade and Aldis). My ankle was feeling fine, but the top of my foot was bothering me again. I think it has to do with the arch taping though, so I might try skipping that tomorrow and seeing how it feels.
