Today's long run was back up to the longest I've done this fall, and though the loop was great (Florissant, to the trails down there, past Bout du Monde and along the river to Jonction, up the hill there and across the tall bridge, down to Wendt, and then to Vidollet and back to Cornavin and home) my legs were pretty exhausted after this tough week. The pace obviously was still fairly good and I wasn't really struggling, but I was obviously very tired and wasn't feeling as relaxed as I have. I just need to give the legs a real good recovery day before working too hard again.
