I shortened the morning run today a little bit since I finished last night's run so late, so I got to mix up the route again from the typical Kipp and head from home to 120 and then to Douglas and the club. I found myself moving at a good clip without pressing the effort too much, finishing the run having averaged about 6:45s. I was surprised since I don't typically feel that good on morning runs, but it was certainly nice to see.
