Notes
Went for an easy run this afternoon, and was surprised how good the legs felt after yesterday's workout. I took a semi-direct way to Place de Neuve, and then did two of the three loops of the Escalade course to start getting a feel for that route. It's definitely hilly, almost constantly rolling, which won't be easy. I'll probably make tomorrow a hilly run in preparation... It's also very windy, so I'm glad I scouted it out a bit today to start getting ready. After doing the bit on the course, I looped by Jonction and then came home.
