Went for a lunchtime run from Gavi again this afternoon, this time doing another loop into the Grand Saconnex area (see mapmyrun.com route from today with same name). It was a gorgeous day, and I felt really good. The pace obviously was excellent and I was smooth and relaxed for all of it, never really pressing. All in all a good run, and feeling ready for something fast tomorrow.
