I ran from home to hardscrabble, McKesson Hill, Lawrence Farms crossway, old roaring brook rd to HG, through town to Washington ave, through pleasantville past pace to Beech Hill Rd, to the briarcliff pool. It was a delightful 63 degrees when I left the house and I felt good for the whole run. A little hip pain, but nothing serious and it went away again afterwards which was good.
