Notes
Took a shorter and easier day today. Kept the run relaxed and wasn't pressing at all, even in the face of pretty extreme winds along the lake (thanks to La Bise), which made me rather surprised to see the avg pace when I got back. Nevertheless, a nice easy day for the legs. Noticed a touch of ankle pain on the right side, which is a bit worrisome, but I'll do my best to nip those issues in the bud.
