Notes
I went out after showing the new students around and everything, going out to the big bridge via Cornavin and Rue de Lyon, then coming down the trails and cutting over to Plain Palais and Place de Neuve, then up Athénée to the park at the end, and down Amandolier back to Muzy. I felt good today, and kept it fairly smooth but could tell I was pressing just a bit -- and then got back and found that the pace was very good. This continues to be puzzling, but a very welcome puzzle.
