Notes
For today's long run I headed out to the farms and vineyards of Choulex and the other towns out past Cologny (see mapmyrun.com). The route was beautiful, though the run was made slightly less enjoyable by first stomach issues (I found a bathroom about 4.3 miles in) and then some pretty bad chafing after the halfway point, but in spite of all that it was still a fairly solid run. The pace was good, though the legs a little tired from this week's efforts, and I ended up pressing the last mile along the lake which came to a 5:51, so that's not too shabby.
