Headed out to Rockefeller agan this week for my long run. I started from Sleepy Hollow HS and effectively made a big figure-8 around the park, heading out on the OCA to the stretching circle and then heading down and around to the meadow, going under the bridge and up to Swan Lake, then taking the Overlook Trail before doing an Up-Down back to the visitor's center, and then taking the back way back to the OCA and the HS to wrap up the run. I maintained a pretty solid pace for the run and it felt pretty good, though I was obviously a little worn out from the evening workout yesterday. Some of the big hills especially hurt, but in general I was pleased with how the run felt.
