Notes

I did a short recovery day today over lunch, just doing the Wendt loop from Gavi. I intentionally didn't want the run to be a crawl, but I also kept it especially relaxed and smooth, never pressing at all. I was surprised and pleased, then, to find the pace still to have been at 6:30s.
