Went for a shorter, easy run this afternoon just getting ready for tomorrow's race. Wer went over to Linear Park, where I haven't been in over a year now, and went exploring a bit which involved crossing the Green River four times in all, and bushwhacking a bit to get back to the trails. It was fun though, and when we got back we did speed development and some myrtle. My calves were still a bit tight today but feeling better, and I noticed that the ankle issues that I was having earlier in the week weren't bothering me at all which was great to see.
