Notes
I went out again in the morning today an it was a nice 67 when I left. I did 10 miles by going down Hardscrabble, through the Girl Scout camp, to Pleasantville, down Wash Ave to Chappaqua, and then on 120 to Kipp to CST. I did the first 3 miles or so nice and easy, and then did 25 minutes of good tempo before another 2.5 or so cool down to CST. The tempo felt good, and though parts of it felt hard I managed to feel strong even at the very end. The hip felt good today, and everything else went well too.
