I ran the same 10-mile loop as yesterday, but today I took it as an easy day which was great. I kept the pace slow and relaxed, occasionally thinking about cadence, and I felt really good. Especially the last mile or two along Hardscrabble felt great, when everything seemed smooth and easy and I felt like I could keep going forever.
