COMMENTS: New year and time to come up with goals.My bad knee is going to be a issue all year. Doctor has me on arthritus drugs. I am not convinced that is the real issue. Maybe I will get to a knee doctor sometime this year. In the meantime I will try to run 3 miles 3 to 4 time a week or as much as my knee will take. Hopefully by spring I will be able to ramp up my miles but if not maybe just a season of 5ks.Milage goals are 600 miles but its all up to the knee.
