COMMENTS: ok I have been a wimp. Its been below zero for a week now and I see no end in sight. This was the warmest day in 2 weeks so I ventured out. The weight loss is going good but I need to run to keep up the losses. Also if I don't run pretty soon I will not be able to run ST Pattys Day
