Ok here I go again. Time to get in shape for the umpteenth time. My past years running was sporatic to say the least. A new job and all the worries of losing my last job took its toll on my running. My running goal for this year is simple. Make running a priority again. No excuses of time or tiredness. My new job requires a lot of my energy and having to get up in the middle of the night makes it hard to get runs in before work so I will take what I can get when I can get it.

My only racing goal so far is the Pot O Gold 4 miler march 17th with no time goals just to do the best that I can.
